Sheriff's Patrol Truck

The Patrol Division serves as the backbone of the Sheriff's Office, providing 24/7 law enforcement services to the community. Deputies assigned to this division are the first responders to emergency and non-emergency calls for service, ensuring public safety and maintaining order throughout the jurisdiction.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responding to 911 calls and public safety emergencies
  • Conducting routine patrols to deter and detect criminal activity
  • Enforcing local, state, and federal laws
  • Investigating traffic accidents and enforcing traffic laws
  • Providing assistance to citizens in need
  • Preparing detailed reports and documentation of incidents
  • Collaborating with other divisions and agencies as needed

Community Engagement: Patrol deputies often serve as the most visible representatives of the Sheriff's Office. They build relationships with residents, attend community events, and work proactively to address neighborhood concerns.
